Instructions:
Registration is mandatory for each user. There are three methods for registration. User can get register using any one of the method mentioned below.

Mobile & OTP: In this method user need to enter Name & Mobile Number to get OTP (Allow SMS permission), An OTP will be sent on given mobile no. now let the system validate the OTP if verification failed please enter OTP manually and validate it to proceed.
Once OTP is validated (User created you are ready to explore).
2. Email & Password: Enter the details Name, Email-ID & Password then click on register. Once user created you’ll get an email for validating your email-id. Once you validate your email you are ready to explore.
3. Google Sign In: To sign in with google just click on the google button & select your google account finally let the system validate and create your account. Now you are ready to explore.

New Application:
Just click on New Application Icon.

Fill all the details given in form (As per your documents).

Click on submit button if all the details are correct click on next button else edit.

Once you click on next button this will lead you to the basic fee page

Upload Document Page:
Once you land on this page, make sure you have a PID. Without PID this page is not useful. To enter PID click on view data. Enter your PID and click next. If PID is correct data filled by you will be shown on the page. Now you are ready to upload document(s).
1) To upload document(s) click on upload icon (Allow Permission if not allowed). Click on front or back image to upload image & for PDF click on PDF icon. Select document for uploading. Enter name of document.
2) If want to upload more files click on add more files and select the files wanted to upload.
Note: - Upload only document(s) required to file your application.
Finally click on upload button and confirm uploading. Your document will be uploaded soon. Please wait while your document(s) are uploading.
To view your upload(s)/application(s) filed by you visit to my application page by clicking on menu icon.
Payment Instructions:
Before making payment make sure to have secure and good internet connection. Check your phone’s battery, it must be charge for uninterrupted transaction.
Every payment will be charged 2.5% (payment processing fee) extra.
Basic Fee: - Currently we have three plans for each application filed by user, mentioned below.

Rs. 35 Plan: - Rs. 35, it has lowest priority. For this amount your application will be completed within 5–7 days, after successful transaction.

Rs. 55 Plan: - Rs. 55, it has medium priority. For this amount your application will be completed within 3–5 days, after successful transaction.
Rs. 75 Plan: - Rs. 75, it has highest priority. For this amount your application will be completed within 12 – 36 hours, after successful transaction.
Select a best plan according.
• Once payment is confirm, a PID (Permanent Identification Number) will be generated by our algorithms for every unique application filed by the user (a user can file multiple applications).
• Along with PID you will get our agent contact number. Will connect to you at time selected by you (Time slot for ex. between 06AM to 10AM). Please respond to every call(s) from our agent.
Additional Payment: - This is for extra fee if any of the web site(s)/organization(s) requiring payment (like for Rail Ticket IRCTC charges, Govt. fee like to make PAN, for appointment booking in Aadhaar etc…)
How billing works
When you get a PID on Online Cyber café for an application, you set a budget for each each application for you filed. We try to accelerate the process of application as per prioritize time you choose, as the delivery type. You aren't charged more than the priority you set. Remember, you are in control of how much you spend.
Bear in mind the difference between the priorities based Budget & Amount Spent:

Plan: The amount you want to or are willing to spend as per priority is Rs 35, Rs 55 & Rs 75/- Respectively.

Amount spent: The amount that's been spent towards your total number of filed applications, ie you can choose a plan of Rs 35 or Rs 55 or Rs 70 for an application to generate your PID for that Individual Application.
When you pay
We do not accept any payment through any other mediums, no links/ OTPs or bank account details should is to be shared with anyone over the call:
Payments :
we are accepting payments via Our Mobile Application servers only after successful registration, which is then, followed by PID generation process directly.

Manual payments: You are never requested to pay directly via any online payment method after successful registration, which is then, followed by PID generation process directly through our mobile application.
View your charges
If you want to see how much you're spending on PIDs, you can see details of your applications, charges. In the billing section, you can find all your charges, including the specific applications you paid for and exactly what you paid for, such as PID generation.
You can always view Charges details, invoice details as per filed applications in profile section
Refund
Bear in mind that you may be charged 20% of the initial priority based budget for filed an application in case of cancellation of the application due to by fault or any reason.
